As a responsible company with all its stakeholders, La Farga has developed a code of ethics based on the definition of the mission, vision and values. It seeks to establish guidelines for ethical behaviour within the company in terms of daily work. The code governs the relationships and interactions between: the company, shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers and external partners, public and private institutions and society in general.
The relationship between La Farga and all its stakeholders is based on basic principles that are indicated in the code of ethics. These are listed below:

The ultimate goal of La Farga is endure over time. To do so, the management must be sustainable in social, economic and environmental terms. In 2011, the corporate responsibility policy was redesigned to meet the needs of each of the stakeholders, with the ultimate aim of creating value. The social, environmental and economic aspects and honesty and transparency are integrated transversely throughout the group. Balancing business goals with social and environmental objectives to create value is the root of corporate strategy.
It must not be forgotten that La Farga has been a member of the Global Compact of the United Nations (Global Compact) since 2006.
